• Availability is subject to stock levels. Lead times for imported goods will be confirmed at the time of order.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Payment terms will be specified on invoices. Orders will only be processed once full or agreed deposit payment has been received.

• For large equipment, staged payments (deposit, balance on delivery, etc.) may apply.

Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver across South Africa and can arrange international shipping upon request.

• Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once goods are handed to the courier or collected from our warehouse.

Returns and Warranty

• Returns are only accepted if goods are faulty, damaged on delivery, or not as described, and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

• A handling/restocking fee may apply for non-faulty returns.

• Warranties apply as per manufacturer or supplier warranty terms provided with each product. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may be subject to inspection.

• Consumables (filters, oils, seals, etc.) are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Website.
